Kodak Photo paper

I just bought a box of Kodak Ultima Photo paper, 100 sheete of 4x6 inches,
at a good sale price. Before I open it, is this a premium paper? I use HP
Premium Plus PhotoPaper, high gloss almost always for my finished prints and
is this Kodak a premium paper similar in quality to the HP? I still have
the option to return it to the retailer.

Thanks, Dave

I found out why it was such a good sale, the paper was 4 x 6.5 inches rather
than 4 x 6 inches. One hundred sheets would need trimming.

I tried it and was not satisfied. I like Epsom Premium Glossy. In
comparison the Kodak was less fade resistant and the image washed off
it under cold running water, the Epson was unaffected.

Thanks George for your note.

The Kodak Ultima photo paper, 100 sheets of 4x6 were about 1/3 the price of
the retail price. I returned what I bought and I looked at it closer and
the paper in the boxes on sale were 4 x 6.5 inches...oops! NO wonder the
price was so good.
