when I run the cd into the computer and it startes up I get easy shear faild the application can not run.
 
Which OS are you running? Maybe the software is not for
your OS.

OK, try putting the CD in the drive, open My Computer, open the CD Rom
Drive (right click on it and select open), now look for Install or Setup
or something like that. You are going to install it with that. Also,
check and make sure the CD you are using is the install CD and not a CD
to be used by the application after it has been installed.
