I have a decent sized monitor and like to keep the sidebar on top most of the
time. Sometimes I want to see more of the application I'm working on, so I
want the sidebar to slip into the background. It would be awesome if there
was a "gadget" that would just be a button on the side bar to toggle between
being on top and going to the background. Does anyone know of such a thing?
Currently, I have to right click, select properties, check the box, etc.
There should be an easier way.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

there is an icon for it over in the left-hand side of your taskbar near the
start button

I don't have the toggle icon you are referring to. I did a search for
sidebar and found a "sidebar properties" icon. Is this what you're thinking
of? When I click it, the sidebar properties come up and I can uncheck, or
check, the "always on top" option.

Thanks,
Dan
