kiosk lockdown

I have five machines that I want to operate as stand
alone kiosks with nothing but IE available to anonymous
users. Any articles out there with direction on how to
lock down the entire pc with automatic logon and start up
into IE? I want absolutely no access by users to the
hard drive or desktop.
