Kinda at a deadend with Vista

I got me a Nvidia Nforce 4 SLI mobo with the Nvidia MCP chip and Vista hates
this chip.
Anyway, I have installed the Vista Ultimate package 64 bit and 32 bit at
different times...both choke badly. I finally set the whole thing aside for
many months and decided to come back to it after the OS got some patches and
tweaking. Well now I tried it again and still, with all the patches and
upgrades...hot fixes and such...still blue screen of death after BSOD....
always it comes back to the MCP and I am getting tired of messing with this,
when windows said "Your machine is compatible for Vista!" Lol....okay.
Anyway, I run dual boot with XP also and thank god for that. Anyone else
find a way to fix this OS so it can run properly on these chipset mobos?

You won't make any progress unless Nvidia provides stable Vista drivers for
that chipset.

You found the solution; boot up using XP. Vista is a total disaster!
