Not true... I've never seen or read where pop ups come through msn or
windows messenger offering programs to disable further similar pop ups.
That right there tells me that Mike Herwin is reffering to the messenger
service. I'm just trying to offer the OP correct info and not let them
beleive that something else is cousing their problems.
