Keystrokes to program

Hi Guyz, i can't get the command to switch off my caps
log key. is there anyone who can help me in this regard?

Are you referring to Caps Lock? If yes, it's on your keyboard. Perhaps the
caps lock key on your keyboard is stuck. Nonetheless, it is controlled by
your keyboard.
