"keystroke" recorder

W3.1 had a utility called "Recorder" which allowed the
recording of simple keystroke macros. have searched in
vain for similar in XP. Any suggestions?
 
Nothing native to XP, but multiple hits on a web search for "macro recorder"

A lot of the hits were freeware.

There is a utility called "keyboard express 95" that may

do the trick. I don't know if it records keystrokes but
it will run a keystroke macro in XP. I've been using it
for 5 years, 1 and 1/2 in XP.
