Keys not working

I am facing with a strange problem, Suddenly one day, all
the keys of my VAIO laptop stopped responding..infact
they are bahaving as ALT+(any keys) i.e. if I type f, it
behaves as ALT+F. Thinking this to be some virus, I re-
installed everything from manufacturers recovery disks,
and there I got stuck...I am unable to enter any data and
am unable to customise anything.
Help required as how to reset the keys..is it some virus.
The first error message that i got was corrupt
ntoskrnl.exe after which problem started, and after re-
installing I am not even getting any error message.

Why do you think it's a virus? Could be the keyboard has gone bad.

ive the same problem Sony vaio laptop the keys stop working but some work
(aeiou)but they look like this (a' e' i' o' u') the mouse does not work the
left button function does not work the right button function happens
