appear on the screen and when I press any key the mouse and the keyboard stop
wrking i don't know te reason coud you plz help me

Have you tried a different keyboard?

This problem occurs before Windows loads, so it is not a Windows problem.

Either ensure that the keyboard is properly connected to the computer,
or replace the defective keyboard.
