How do I maximize a window without a mouse? And how do I restore it to the
un-maximized size without a mouse?

I.e. what are the keyboard commands to do that?

ALT-Space then x to Maximize (note the underlined x in the menu)

ALT-Space then r to Restore (note the underlined R)

be nice to if "genuine" microsoft
keyboards which are made in
CHINA, could have little
buttons in the corners of
the keyboards that mimic
those windows control.

Gee, you have a maximize/restore button near the right end of the
application's title bar, the icon menu at the left end of the title bar,
the ALT-Space keyboard combination described earlier AND the context
menus on the application's task bar button. That's FOUR ways to Maximize
and then Restore a window. You don't need the keyboard for three and
don't need the mouse/trackball for the icon menu. You can even move the
window and adjust the window size without a mouse by using the icon
menu. Isn't that ENOUGH? Where are you going to put that piano size
keyboard with separate keys for every function you can think of?
