how can get keyboard to work when num lock and caps lock
plus scroll locks are on all the time to get this message
to you i have used on screen keyboard help

You want to turn those off? Just press the button labeled Caps Locks,
press the button labeled Num Locks, and press the button labeled Scr Lk.

It seems to me that the real problem is probably your Accessabilities
Settings in the Control Panel. Check that and see if that is the cause
of your problems.
