Recently I cleaned up my system with Norton Anti-Virus; performance improved a lot after. However,the next time I turned it on, I couldn't use the keyboard. Amessage came on to say the driver was installed but it couldn't detect a keyboard attahed. The keyoard works at the startup but ot after Windows is loaded. Now, I have to use the on-creen kyboard. This creared a problem since I couldn't load the keyboard untilI was signed in and I couldn't sign in because the keyboard wasn't eing recognized. After trying everything I could of, I went into guest site, loaded the on-screen keyboard, typed my password and cut and pasted on my usser's password area and it worked. But now, I would like to be able to use the real keyboard. Any ideas

is it a USB Keyboard?

You may need to enable USB mouse/keyboard in your BIOS!
