Help

After having a quick flight in FS9 I terned off my PC and left it for the
night only to boot the next day without the keyboard responding? The
keyboard is a standard serial keyboard.

The device is listed as problem device in Device Manager and does not show
up under keyboard in control panel. I have disabled, it, uninstalled it,
reinstalled drivers and such but it just is basicsally DEAD to windows. I
have not installed anything or changed any settings. After much testing I
know the following:

The keyboard works fine on boot and functions in the bios just not in
windows so I can acertain that the port and keyboard are fine.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Thanks

I would swap the keyboard out. Just to save time and you will have a spare.
Or just do a quick restore to when the keyboard worked.

Tried and failed, Reset the bios to the defaults last night and then
personalised it again - keyboard seems to be working again. Hope it stays
like that.
Sry for wasting your time.
