After the computer has sat for a while the keyboard will
not type in any program unless the Shift key is held down
until it "chirps". While holding down the Shift key the
computers internal speaker "beeps" for several seconds and
then finally "chirps". The teacher working on the computer
said she changed a setting but doesn't remembe where. Any
ideas anyone?
