Keyboard Shortcuts

Dave Neve

Hi

I never use keyboard shortcuts as I find the menus/icons easier to use.

But now, I want to use the 'macro' option in Word so I need to use a large
number of keyboard shortcuts.

This is because the record macro fonction doesn't recognize mouse mouvement
in a .doc

Problem is I can't remember the shortcuts overnight and I would like to
print them out.

Is there a list of keyboard shortcuts in Word/XP which I can print out?

Thanks

On Word's Print dialog there's a drop-down called 'Print what' -- key
assignments is one of the options.

Yes: look up "keyboard shortcuts" in Help and print the list from there

Sure is! Perform the following:

1.. On the Tools menu, point to Macro, and then click Macros.
2.. In the Macros in box, click Word commands.
3.. In the Macro name box, click ListCommands.
4.. Click Run.
5.. In the List Commands dialog box, click Current menu and keyboard
settings.
6.. Click OK.
7.. On the File menu, click Print.
Here you can save the document, sort as necessary, delete the unassigned
commands, etc.!
