Hi.

his is the third time I reinstalled Windows on the same machine and I've
always seen Explorer behave that way. I also have a Windows 2000 Pro at work
and it's the same: when I press Windows+E it can take up to 10 seconds for
Explorer to appear. When I double click on My Computer, it appears
immediately. And that's the same on both machines.

One machine has a Logitech mouse, the other has a MS MouseWheel optical.
Does anybody know possible causes for this? Is it a problem with the
keyboard?
