keyboard shortcut to mute speaker?

Is there a way to make a keyboard shortcut to mute the speaker? For example,
I use WinKey and I need to know the full path to mute the speaker, as if I
were making a shortcut.

WinKey+R <type in> SNDVOL32.EXE <enter> ?

Full Path: WINDOWS\system32\SNDVOL32.EXE
