Keyboard shortcut needed

We have a disabled user whose job requites her to toggle
between session frequently (Alt-Tab). Is there a way to
set a shortcut (single keystroke) to let her perform this
function without needing her thumb?
 
Turn on Sticky Keys. (Hit the shift key 5 times) Then the Alt can be
pressed followed by the Tab key instead of simultaneously.
