Keyboard shortcut for file explorer

Hi;

I set a keyboard shortcurt for file explorer. Worked great. Then my
network admin did some maintenance on my box. The shortcurt still
works. It still brings up file explorer, but only once. If I hit my
hotkeys more than once nothing happens. It used to bring up an
explorer window each time.

How can I get that back?

I use a app Called WinKey, It allows me to assign any number of shortcuts
with the Windows Key.
Explorer, IE, Word, Drive Letters, anything you want.
