Keyboard shortcut for closing all Explorer windows?

Is there a hotkey or other fast way to close all currently open
Explorer/My Computer windows please, apart from finding the mimimised
group in the taskbar, r-clicking and choosing 'Close Group'?

AFAIK windows has no way to shut down multiple open windows at once.
ALT-F4 will close the window with focus so by pressing that sequence
repeatedly would close things down and in fact can go all the way to
shutting down the machine.

"Close All Open Windows" though is program dependant and not a windows
feature and as rule Microsoft doesn't provide it in their programs.
