Keyboard recognition

No "Keyboard" shows in the Device Manager, but the keyboard is working ok.
Anyone have a solution on how to get the keyboard to register in the Device
Manager?

i cannot type with the keyboard , i am using the on screen kyboard because i mst keep my finger on key for letter to appaer
