Keyboard Question

I'm using Windows XP Home and quite frequently use my keyboard rather than my
mouse to move around in Windows. CAn someone tell me how to change the color
or outline or shadow that is used around each item you tab to? I can't hardly
find where my tab is as I move around in windows.

start>run and type

desk.cpl

Appearance>Advance>in the Item select "Selected Items". This is where you
can make your changes.
