keyboard question

i have a dell computer and for no apparent reason my keyboard will quit
working. in order to get the keyboard working again i have to unplug my
system. turning off my computer or simply restarting it does not work. anyone
know why its doing this?
 
Perhaps Dell technical support?

Perhaps you would rather ask in the Dell User Forums?
