keyboard problems

The English Pound sign has disappeared from my keyboard,
I have some different sign on that key. The @ sign is on
No 2 instead of on the third row down, how do I change
this problem
 
Hi,

You probably have incorrect regional keyboard settings selected.
To fix this, go to your Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language
Options
and then click on the Languages Tab, and then select the Details button in
the Text services and input languages section.
Then check to make sure you have the right language and keyboard selected.
