keyboard not working

My keyboard is not working in Office 2000 pro only.
Works in Palm desktop, digital camera software, and
others. My mouse works fine, just not keyboard. Please
help.

ars I know but is it securely in socket. Go to device

manager Right click on "Computer' on start menu go to
properties then Hardware tab click on Device Manager
Button any yellow dots with ! inside. Select Keyboard +
open and then click on Keyboard properties Update driver
check resourses and on front click troubleshooting. Try
different keyboard
