Keyboard Mapping @ and "

Hi
Having problems with a keyboard wherethe @ key (SHIFT 2)
is swapped with the " key (SHIFT ')

So to get the @ character I need to use SHIFT '.

Any suggestions?

Look in Control Panel, Regional settings. The keyboard
settings section is where to look
