keyboard layout

I have an Incorrect Keyboard Layout where the shift-2 is
supposed to be " but in fact is @ and shift-' is " when
it is supposed to be @, and my number symbol key one to
the left of return acts as a second return key, I have
tried everything with no luck. Please Help!

Open Control Panel/double click Regional and Language Options/on the
Languages tab/Details button/Settings tab/Add button/pick Language/keyboard
input. There are a bunch more options.
Go to help and type language/enter. Lots of info there.

It looks like the UK layout, if there is a English pound symbol for Shift 3 on
your keybord, try United Kingdom.
