Hello.
I'm using Windows XP with Service Pack 2, and all of my regional and
language options are set to English (United Kingdom).
Occasionally, Windows spontaneously switches to a US keyboard layout,
so that Shift+2 produces @ instead of ", and Shift+3 produces #
instead of £. It seems to happen most often after running a
full-screen application (such as a DirectX game), but I can't
reproduce it consistently. Also, it seems to sort itself out after I
move between windows a few times.
What might cause this, exactly?
