How do I set up the keyboard for different languages and
to type in the right to left order. I have WIn XP Home ed.

Artzelda, this is from the Help and Support function in
your Windows XP:

To install complex script and right-to-left language files
You must be logged on as a computer administrator in order
to complete this procedure.

Open Regional and Language Options in Control Panel.
On the Languages tab, under Supplemental language support,
select the Install files for complex script and right-to-
left languages check box.
Click OK or Apply.
After the files are installed, you must restart your
computer.
Notes:

To open Regional and Language Options, click Start, click
Control Panel, and then double-click Regional and Language
Options.
The complex script and right-to-left languages include
Arabic, Armenian, Georgian, Hebrew, the Indic languages,
Thai, and Vietnamese. The files for most other languages
are installed on your computer automatically by Windows.
It is recommended that you install these files only if you
are going to be entering or receiving text in one or more
of these languages. Installing the language files may slow
down your computer's performance slightly.
Once you install the language files, you must add the
individual languages for which you want to enter and
display text. Once you add a language, the language is
loaded into memory every time you start your computer. For
more information, click Related Topics.
To remove the complex script and right-to-left language
files, clear the check box, and then click OK or Apply.

.
An interesting sidebar (I think) to Arabic and other
right to left languages is that if you are using an HTML
editor like Word, and you use the INSERT tool and the
Symbol Command and scroll to an Arabic Language, any
character you insert will be in right to left order.
