Keyboard Keys

I have a problem with the backspace and enter keys on my pc. They are not
responding even when I hold them down for a while. Please help!!!
 
This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access a database
product. I would suggest you contact the manufacturer of
your keyboard or buy a new one???
