keyboard issues

how do you get the defalt settings back for the keyboard?
I accidentally held the shift key down too long and a
screen popped up saying something about key filters. Well
I thought I closed the window with no problems but
when I returned to MS word I could no longer hold the shift
key and the tab key to make the cursor go back. It only
continues forward. And sometimes when I left click it
highlights everything before where I click. Please help.
 
Key Filters:

Cancel any Accessibility Options that you have set. To revert, right click
the Desktop/Properties/Themes/Windows XP (this is temporary).
