Keyboard in DOS window under VISTA

We use Belgian keyboards (AZERTY). When I open a DOS window using Command or
CMD, the keyboard is Ok. Unfortunately, when we start a DOS program using a
shortcut to a batch file, the keyboard act as a QWERTY (US) keyboard.

We heve the same problem when we use EDIT in the DOS window, although on the
command line itself, we receive the correct keys.

Under XP there was no problem.

Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance.

You would need to load a dos driver for that keyboard in either config.sys
or autoexe.bat for dos.
