Keyboard Config

My Keyboard is set up wrong and I dont know how to change
it. For example: to get the @ symbol i have to press
shift + 2. any idea how i can change this? thanks is
advance

Go to Controlpanel->"National settings and language settings". Go to the
"Language"-tab and choose "Information...". Change your keybord layout to
the correct one.
