I am getting a French E' where my ? mark is in Outlook.
How do I get back my ? mark.

This is not a Windows Mail question.

Assuming Windows Vista?

You need to go to the start menu>Control Panel>top left corner select
Classic View>regional and languages? (I think? using W7 atm), select the
appropriate tab and select your correct keyboard settings.
