kernel32 error after openig IE 6

Hi

After IE 6 is open a very short while and sometimes as soon as it opens, it
errors out adviseing a kernel32 error.

I have clean up the cache, attempted repair and a relaod wth no joy. I also
used a 3 third party program to completly remove IE and do a fresh install
with no luck.

The AOL browser works fine. The computer is useing Windows 98 SE

The error is as follows

IE has caused a invalid page fault in modual kernel 32.dll at
015f-bff7all5..
