kernel32.dll errors

[Partytown]

IE politely shuts down often, and requests that I send an
error report.

Here are the specifics of the error.

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: kernel32.dll ModVer: 4.90.0.3000
Offset: 00004277

Any help on this would be appreciated.
