kernel.32 and iexplore.dll

with my anti spywear that does not seem to do the work, as
I continue to get those nasty pop-ups as well as the error
message "kernel.32 has caused an error and will shut down"
and then all freezes and I must just shut off the
computer. This happens far too much, what can I do? please
help

It seems that u are trying to run Antipyware prog on
Windows 98se with Internet Explorer 6 . Try runing windows
update first and download latest fixes.

secondly installer latest version of windows installer 3.1
v2 from www.microsoft.com/downloads.
