kernal stack input error

The past few weeks my pc has twice restarted itself then a blue screen
appears saying something about a kernel input stack error(or something along
those lines).Anyone know what is causing this and how to stop it? many thanks

yes it is that one,but not being very technically minded when it comes to
computers,i dont understand what that microsoft page is telling me to do.i
need told in simple steps,not computer jargon.many thanks

Lets get the easy one out of the way 1st, you will need to print the
instructions. I will be going to bed soon.

We need the detailed information from the error message, including all
4 of the parameter codes and any file or module names mentioned. If
the computer restarts itself automatically after displaying the error
then you need to use Control Panel - System - Advanced and click on
the Settings button in the Startup and Recovery (bottom) section. In
the Startup and Recovery window click on the checkbox for
"automatically restart" to clear it then click on Apply and OK as
needed to exit.
