Kernal error when starting IE 6

Hello,
Not sure if this is the right forum, so apologies in
advance if incorrect.

Have a remote location (coffee store) that is connected to
the main office/servers via a Terminal server (not sure of
any specs regarding the TS).

The TS is running Windows 2000 Prof and IE is 6 w/ SP1.

When connected to the TS and trying to open up IE, they
are getting the Kernel error screen, "Dumping waste" -
then it shuts down and reboots.

The store's pc is a Dell Power Edge 1650. They have no
internet access locally, only when connected to the Term
Servers.

No other stores are experiencing this issue - about 20 are
connecting to this specific term serv.

Wondering if there are any suggestions as to where to look
and/or resolve this.

Thanks,

Jim

If the error says kernel and not kernel32 then you may have a virus/trojan
or parasites.

Rule out parasites.

I searched google.com (groups) for "Dumping waste" bu the string is to
generic.
