keeps rebooting after bios info

HELP.computer froze overnight and had to boot with front power switch.Now computer keeps rebooting after showing bios info and won't go into windows. I don't hear a post beep and it reboots instead of going into safe modeas well. I'm using xp pro and my amd xp2000, mother board,ram, and WD hard drives are just over a year old.
