Keeping windows maximized...

When I go and click onto any link, only the top bar of my
window shows and then I have to hit maximize to open it
up...How do I keep the windows maximized..I rebooted
several times and still have the same problem.. I am using
IE6....
 
Stretch the window to the size you want with your mouse, then click File and
then Close. Now that shortcut to IE will open to the size you stretched it
to. Works the same for OE and Windows Explorer also.
 
Try to resize the shrunken window to a level you like, then you can switch
from full to min, which is now the size you want. This assumes that I
understood you question.
