Keeping two W2K machines in sync ?

I have 2 PC's in a P2P-network - no connection to external NTP or SNTP
servers - for some lab purposes.

Is there some freeware solution allowing me to set up one of them as some
kind of time-server while allowing the other one to get time as client and
assign the received time to the W2K time?

Look on tucows - ISTR a time server program on their site. Time
clients are common - Atomic Clock Sync for one.
