keeping the same page throughout site

Is there anyway to keep my pages design throughout the
site, without using a theme? Reason why is i want my
message board to have all of my tables with links and my
ads along with it. The posts, replies etc. just go to
plain white pages now. anyway around this?

Make yourself a 'template' page, then save it and use it as the start of all
new pages. Save it as: contact.htm, information.htm, etc. and then build
each individual page within it.
Yes, you are wise not to use a theme.
