theme?

say for instance on my site www.wearecolumbia.com i want to keep my index
page the "theme" throughout the whole site. how can i do this? i'd want to
keep my tables and everything where they are, most of the info will just go
in the main table with the maroon border.

this would be more like a template than a theme...but just do a Save As and name the page whatever you want...blankpage.htm...then use it to create all your new pages with.

just right click the page in folders view, select copy, then right click the
folder you want it in and select paste. then open your newly copied page,
make your modifications and file/ save as and give it a name.
