Keeping the caption with the figure (tables, etc)

You insert a caption to label a table, figure, picture or whatever..
But you can't use 'keep with next'. So, often the caption may become
separated from the item.

Any idea?

-- well.. thanks Luc, but I did open that link. It explains how to insert a
caption, OK. but, still does not explain how to make sure that the caption is
not separated from the figure. Often they can be separated... it's a real
pain because you need to return, return to put it back with the pic. Then,
any modification will demolish the effort.
Putting the caption and the figure in a text box is time consuming and does
work to keep the sequencing.
Do you have any other idea?

Thanks but, it does not answer the 'keeping together; issue.

If both the item you want to caption and the caption are in the text layer
(i.e. normal paragraphs), you can use “Keep with nextâ€. Are your captions in
text boxes? If you select a graphic with wrapping style “In line with textâ€,
then select Insert > Reference > Caption, the caption will be inserted in the
text layer as a normal paragraph. On the other hand, if the graphic has
another wrapping style, the caption will be inserted in a text box.
