keeping sent mail

My windows mail is not keeping sent messages.
I am on tiscali mail.

Check first option in Tools, Options, Send.

When you look in the Sent Items folder do you have a "view" chosen
like "Hide Read Messages?"

Have you ticked Tools>Options>Send>Save copy of sent... etc.
 
ken, mine isn't either. I've tried making sure all the settings are correct,
the views, etc. I send, the message shows in the 'sent folder' that it was
sent but nothing is in the message portion. Sure wish I could figure it out.
My head is having a hard time finding where to look. It's nice to know I'm
not alone.
