Keeping MS patches

How long do you have to keep those $NtUninstallQxxxxx$ and
$NtUninstallKBxxxxxx$ files in the Windows folder? I have about 120 of them,
going back to 2002. If they are security patches, must you keep them or have
they done their duty and now can be removed?

If you do not plan on uninstalling the patches - erase them.
With the exception of $hf_mig$...
