Keeping messages New

Hello,
I want my messages to remain new even after I read them. Right now, if I
select my new message it will remain new for about 3 seconds. The problem is,
I receive at least 100 emails in one day. I often overlook emails. I want to
see if there is a way for my emails to remain as new- unless I right click
and select it as "mark as read". Any help would be great.

No, you can't unless you read the message and then right click and Mark as
Unread. A better idea would be to make up some folders in the Inbox that
would help you organize messages for further action.

Instead of opening the messages, use the Reading Pane and disble the options
that mark messages as read when using the Reading Pane.
Tools>Options>Other>Reading Pane
