Hmmm ... looks like you have to give your credit card information before
you know how much they want for shipping and handling. Most companies
figured out a few years ago that that inhibits sales ...

I see no itemized shipping charge when I look at my cart. The cart has
a <checkout> button, but when I press that I am asked to login or create
a login.
